Joey Snodgrass

Joey came on staff as Youth Pastor in 2018 after serving as the Pastoral Ministry Resident for two summers. Joey graduated from Langston University with a math degree and completed his M.Div. through the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Family: Joey married his high school sweetheart, Lacy, in July 2017. The two had been friends since the third grade. Their daughter Emilia was born in March 2020. Their son Charlie was born in 2021, their second son Ryle in 2023, and their third son Watson in 2026.
Life Verse(s): Psalm 19:1-4, “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the expanse proclaims His handiwork. Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. Favorite Book of the Bible: Old Testament: Genesis; New Testament: Hebrews
Favorite Bible Character: The Apostle John. Seeing John go from one of the “Sons of Thunder” to a loving pastor is a testament to the grace and patience of Christ.
