Kathy,
Will you please pass along a few details to Deena and George regarding Monday’s Life Line Screening?

The screening team will arrive at 8:30 am. Can you ask George to have the gym unlocked by a little after 8:00 with the lights on? They’d also like the kitchen unlocked so that they can have microwave/fridge access for their lunches.

Can you also tell Deena that they’d like 10 tables unfolded and 40 chairs out. The tables/chairs can be around the perimeter of the room. They will re-arrange to meet their needs when they arrive.

Specific sound equipment requirements: I didn't know if I should check "Powerpoint". We do have a video and Powerpoint image that you can use if you want but it isn't expected. Also the kitchen. We don't have to have it but if the team can use your refrigerator and microwave for their lunch it is appreciated.
Tables needed: 4ft 8ft 10

Chairs needed: 40

Special setup instructions: A diagram will be sent showing you how the team tries to set up but you are not expected to do it for them. In many cases even if the diagram is followed perfectly they may still move things around to best meet their need.

Transportation needs: N/A

Childcare needs: N/A
